Fabulous location - balcony overlooked a beautiful area - loved the bridge to access and the gondola tied up beneath the window. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Massimo left us a key and stored our luggage for a day free of charge.

Beautifully located in a very old building which has been beautifully modernised and even has its own private bridge. Lovely surroundings with nice Resteraunts and bars.

The rooms was excellent, bed was extremely comfy and the amenities were great. We booked this hotel after getting to Venice and we were extremely lucky to get such a great place to stay.
