The owner was very flexible and help me through my initial mail issue right away. The rooms are clean and stay fresh even without using the AC too much. The matress (two simple bed put together) where confortable. The mini fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices which was a very welcome headstart. The bathroom has free soap and shampoo and even has a bidet !

Great guesthouse, quiet location with excellent facilities. It’s a fair stroll to the main attractions but still works really well. Use of kitchen with coffee, fresh fruit and items for breakfast is a really nice touch. Very clean. Highly recommended!

This is an exceptional guest house right in the heart of the ever-popular Dorsoduro region of Venice. The rooms are a good size with sufficient plug points, good lighting and a well proportioned private bathroom. Although breakfast isn't offered as a formal option, there is an excellent coffee machine, a selection of fruit, pastries, jams and cheeses which are made available to guests free of charge in the kitchen area. Given the location, it is also extremely quiet on a night, which helps with good sleep!
