Check-in takes place at Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort, located in Via Santa Croce 927.Check-in can also take place directly at the apartment, with an extra charge. In this case, you are requested to communicate your arrival time in advance.Please note that daily cleaning service is available upon request and at additional cost of EUR 35 per day. When staying 3 nights or more, 1 cleaning service is offered for free.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We've stayed in the apartments with a lagoon view a number of times over the years as we like their position and that part of Venice. The staff are always very friendly at the hotel key pick up location and the cleaning lady is also very pleasant. There are stairs and the fridge is only small but limited self catering is possible. People criticize the key pick up but the instructions are quite clear and the walk from the hotel to the apartment is a pleasant and interesting one and good exercise ! The hotel where you collect the keys is a very nice hotel worth seeing as they have a garden alongside the Grand Canal where you can have a drink. We may stay at the hotel itself one year as it looks very nice.
