The fine print
Late Check-In: Check-in is by APPOINMENT from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, through a link that you will receive a few days before your arrival. Check-in after 7.00pm is possible with an extra charge of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in time; after 11.00pm, the supplement is €70.00, and it's until 1am maximum.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Absolutely perfect. Located on a quiet little back street with plenty of Caffè's, restaurants, and little squares around it. Plenty of space (lovely high ceilings) for 4 of us and would also be wonderful for a couple. Management was excellent, the woman who met us at the apartment was lovely and shared lots of local knowledge. The perfect base for 2 wonderful days in Venice. We will definitely return.

Fantastic location for St Marks Square, water taxis, waterbuses, gondolas and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Modern and quiet AC. So easy to find. Beds very comfortable.

The property was spotless. We were met at the water taxi and able to check in early which was amazing as only had a few days. The communication was brilliant before hand and they accommodated all our requests. The location is amazing. Five minute walk to st marks square and the front and a lovely building. Would highly reccomend
