Very centrally located and a spacious apartment with everything you need. The check-in instructions were clear and very helpful. The option to store our luggage was perfect. The building itself is historic and full of charm. The apartment faces a canal, which was a lovely bonus—you can enjoy a quiet drink by the water, away from the busy streets, while still having your own peaceful canal view.

The location of this property was really great! You are less than 5 min from the Rialto bridge and the biggest gem of this is the Italian restaurant right around the corner in the Platz. This place had the best pasta-- all homemade-- that I have had in my life. We booked this property to be on the water but really that wasn't something we paid attention to as it was just to open the window and look down. Really nice location, not cheap but worth the stay esp for one night. The beds were SO comfortable and plenty of space. This was a really cool, old building that had a locker room space that allowed us to store our bags as we arrived into town early. We parked in the parking garage right on the outskirts of town (make a reservation) and it was about a 20 min walk to the apartment. We did not bring roller bags, just backpacks and that was a great decision. Easy to use the water taxi if you needed to but the walk was nice and got to see a lot of the city. We were here for Carnival and did a little of that but mostly just explored. Great central location.

A very atmospheric place in the heart of Venice. Close to the Rialto Bridge and the S. Silvestro vaporetto station. - Large apartment (two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a huge living room) - Well-equipped kitchen - Well-functioning Wi-Fi - Heating worked very good - Quite an interesting view from the window, with a water canal directly beneath the building"
