The breakfast in room was excelent and the location could not have been better. Matteo was very helpfull with info regarding getting to the train after our stay and we had a video with instructions to get to the property with checking in instructions which all worked wonderful. Everything was cosy, friendly, clean and good value for money.

Everything. Perfect location. Very clear instructions. Room as I wanted - with Venetian character and yet very comfortable. The best breakfast I had for a very long time. Matteo was great! Will come again.

Clear video instruction before arrival how to reach the location. Authentic interior. Very central location, few minutes to San Marco and few minutes to Rialto. Staff was very helpful and impressive breakfast.
