Perfectly clean, beautifully appointed. The lady that works at the reception / owns the place was really welcoming and helpful, so was the house cleaning lady. We had the best stay in Venice here, really no downsides. The location is pretty good, if you park at Tronchetto you can easily come here with Vaporetto. It's walking distance to all major spots in Venice, but still in a quite zone.

We had a fantastic stay here-!it was only for 1 night but exceeded our expectations location was fantastic and we had a lovely clean well equipped room most enjoyable and would definitely book again and without hesitation recommend to family and friends Patricia L

Fabulous location, very clean room and comfortable bed, had a fridge, hairdryer, safe and a kettle. The complimentary drinks was a bonus. Great communication from the host

A nice place to stay in Venice. There are realy good retaurants nearby and it's not so crowded.
