Everything was great except the bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom exceeded my expectations - I never saw anyone else using it!

It is a beautiful old building. The room was good size with beautiful antique furniture. Personnel were nice and helpful! It's a two star hotel - compared to that, everything was really great.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the Accademia water bus stop, making it easy to get around, including to the railway station. The staff were wonderful—especially Luca, who was incredibly helpful. Thanks to his guidance, I managed to explore Venice in just one day. Finally, my room had two windows overlooking the canal, which made the experience magical. I slept with one window open and woke up to the sound of boats in the morning.
