Good location. Free water, drinks, and coffee are provided, making it convenient—no need to shop for drinks. Staff WhatsApp message to me to clarify the arrival and give advice.

Amazing value for such a gem - perfect location, minutes walk from the water bus stop and St Mark’s Sq yet still offer the charm and quietness at night. The rooms are clean, modern and stylishly decorated, with a free mini bar, full amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly a lift and air conditioning. I’d recommend to anyone visiting Venice!!!
