The amazing service started before we even arrived, by offering to organise a water taxi to pick us up right through to the very end. We had a fabulous experience with staff and the apartment was exceptional.

The hotel left a lasting impression on us – from the stunning architecture and design to the incredibly welcoming staff, we were truly impressed! Right across the street is a conservatory, and from the window, you can watch musicians rehearsing – an unforgettable soundtrack to Venice! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary drinks waiting for us in the fridge. The bathrooms and beds were also very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This was by far the best stay we had in Venice (and we have been in the city many times). The 'palazzo' is absolutely stunning; interior design is amazing and done with great care; the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the location superb. And absolute gem! We will be back many more times :)
