Easy to reach via waterbus from airport and a great location to explore the city. Breakfast selection was perfect and great value. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had to book a hotel at short notice when we arrived in Venice for work late on a hot day and our accommodation had been booked to start on the wrong day. A quick scan of Booking found the Hotel Cendon nearby and we booked a night there. The hotel is pleasantly old-fashioned in a good way, but our room on the ground floor was impeccably clean and spacious, with very welcome air conditioning. Staff were kind and welcoming and made us feel at home. Our room on the ground floor was quite basic but very comfortable, those upstairs look really quite special from the hotel's website.
