It has a very very good location. 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and 3 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge. The bed is extremely comfortable. Hot water all the time. It has also a little chicinette with everything you need. Althought it's on the last floor, which can be a little hot in the summer time, the AC unit is very good and you can have a very good temperature within minutes. No need to leave the AC on when you leave for a walk in the city.

Location was fantastic- very central. A charming apartment with nice view over rooftops. Giulia was very welcoming and gave us very good tips about visiting Venice. We loved the apartment.

A bit tricky to find but once I figured it out the location was great. Emma was a great help to get me into my room.
