Big and clean room with lots of facilities. Very service minded and nice staff, would come back for them and the breakfast was really good too!!

The place is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great. It is in a great location and is really great value for money. Good internet, check in was easy, they have some wine and water available with a very well priced mini bar. It is evident they are trying to give good service and value to their customers.

The location is really good. Very closed to touristic attractions such as Basilica di San Marco and Ponte di Rialto, which means also convenient to use a vaporetto(water boat) Andrew was so kind before/after we even after we checked out. It was the best way to start the day with an excellent breakfast to the room delivered by Andrew with a very big kind smile with happy energy was excellent. We could leave the luggage after we checked out for a few hours until we headed to the train station.
