Location is perfect for all the tourist hotspots 15mins to most but also located in a more quiet setting with lovely restaurants/ bars nearby. Breakfast is continental, fresh juice coffee etc sets you up nicely for the morning, quiet/ clean rooms, helpful staff, recommend.

The rooms were much larger than I was expecting. Air conditioning was excellent, staff were helpful and happy to hold luggage for us after checkout so we could explore Venice further. Note - the entry to the hotel was not obvious from the street - but it is opposite the souvenir shop.

Location wise have to walk 10-15 mins from train station and if you have luggage it’ll be a bit of a hassle, can opt to use a porter at the station but it’ll cost around €40 per trip. It’s in a quieter part of the city and breakfast was decent

We stayed at Locanda Sant’Agostin in April , the location was very convenient as it was near the main attractions of Venice , also in walking distance from both the bus stop, train station and St.Marc Square. The staff were so friendly and helpful , we asked if we could leave our bags even after we had checked out and they were glad to do so. The breakfast was very good for our taste and also the room was very clean with all amenities needed. We would definitely stay here again!
