SUPERB apartment. Very stylish and full of charm. You feel like you are living as a Venetian. Spotlessly clean. Lovely location - away from all the craziness of San Marco area - lots of good cafes and restaurants. DELIGHTFUL.

The property is in a great part of Venice where there are local restaurants and bars. It is close to a vaparetto stop making it easy to access. The flat is on the first floor of a traditional building. It is nicely decorated and has a well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable. And, throughout, it was warm - a bonus as it was freezing outside.

Nico was there to meet us and very helpful in settling us in about the flat and things going on. He was always available for advice when needed. The flat was in a brilliant location for the biennale and was very comfortable

For Venice Biennial this is a perfect spot, also well out of the tourist hot spots. A lovely home from home feel apartment with many nice touches. Thanks to our hosts for their helpful hospitality, it makes a massive difference.
