Decorated în venetian style, very near to the important spots, 2-3 minutes of walking to Rialto waterboat station, 5-6 minutes to San Marco square. The staff is very friendly, who can help you with a lot of usefull information, reccomendations or reservations.

I liked the cozy room, the cleaning and the change of the towels were done daily. The receptionist Francesca was very nice and helpful in her suggestions

We stayed in the terrace room at the top of the property. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't too good so we couldn't appreciate sitting out on the terrace. Very clean room and the host was fantastic. The host took his time to explain with a map areas to visit with our tight schedule and some food suggestions too. Very kind and PERFECT english! The room size was to be expected with Venice places to stay but the bed was comfy and smart tv included. The hotel is very well situated for all the main attractions. We loved our stay in venice and this property was a part of that. We would stay here again!
