Fantastic location and aspect over a canal . All rooms have large shuttered windows , fully opening to balconies , perfect for water traffic watching with a coffee or glass of sparkling . Facilities are ideal . Staff we met were friendly , helpful with restaurant recommendations and handy local hints . We have stayed previously , and returned as so perfect for exploring Venice and returning to luxury . Couple of practical bits such as broken lightbulbs in a couple of lights , safe not working in one room and dishwasher awaiting repair ( but they did offer to send someone to do the dishes whilst it was out of commission … what a treat ) all of which did not impact out stay atall . Would definitely highly recommend . Icing on the cake being … they organised a water taxi from the airport direct to our little jetty , stepping directly into the residential block . Very decadent !
