Perfect Apartment located in a quiet neigborhood but really close to the major attractions! The host was really nice explaining everything and giving us super useful recommendations like authentic restaurants. We enjoyed the Window that opens to the channel. We can recommend the apartment 100%

Lovely apartment in a great location. Quiet area but easily walkable into the main part of Venice. Really attentive host and beautiful setting on the canal. Would stay again!!

Everything was great! From the moment we check-in till checking out, the experience was good. Alvise also went out of the way to get a bouquet of flowers to surprise my wife for our anniversary and it was really very thoughtful. The communication was very detailed and he understands what I was looking for from the transport to the check-in process. He allowed us to check-in early and stretch our checkout to 11pm even. Love the experience of sitting by the door to have our breakfast, looking at passerby, simply greeting them. This is a fully functional home with cooking equipment, ingredients, Moka pot, coffee powder, toaster, Aircon, washing machine, hairdryer, towels etc. All you need to stay in this home is available. Travelling to accommodation was easy from airport as it was near the 'F.te Nove A' (tip: travel via ALILAGUNA from Marco polo airport to the accommodation and walk 8mins instead of taking train/buses etc). You can avoid main crowds via ALILAGUNA too! The ferry there and back from airport was good and not crowded (travelled late May) - we were carrying two full size luggages n 4 handcarry.
