Lovely little hotel with a beautiful garden. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard faire. Room was spotless and comfortable. The location is nice and quiet despite being perhaps five minutes walk to the tourist center, though I recommend checking out the surrounding area and further east for a relaxed area of Venice.

Great breakfast, lots of choice for me as a vegetarian. Beautiful setting on the edge of the garden. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. I was glad they had a lift for when we were carrying heavy cases and the sweeping staircase was nice to walk down. The garden itself was such a jewel in the busy city.
