The most wonderful stay . Kind staff very helpful we had to check out very early so they put breakfast for us in our room the day before . We were happy im our stay . If I visit Venice again I ll definitely book the same place . We love it .

Very nice staff. Super clean property 10/10 :) comfortable beds. It was nice that we could check-in later than the official check in hours (in Italy it is always a problem, as 24hr front desks surprisingly are not a standard…)

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We did not expect this from a one star establishment. We received a friendly welcome from Amy in reception and showed to our room. The room and bathroom was large, clean and cool with a lovely view of the garden. The hotel is very close to the Santa Lucia train station which makes it easy when you have large heave suitcases to schlep around. As an added bonus, there was a lovely family owned bar/restaurant, Osteria al Cicheto, right next to the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel.
