Good value (for Venice!) hotel, very convenient for S Lucia station and the vaporetto stop opposite. It's located off the Lista di Spagna, but set far enough back that there's no issue with noise. Room was basic but a decent size (bathroom was quite small) and clean.

The cleaniest hotel ever!!!! Location close to the train station, lot of restaurants. The size of the bathroom! The breakfast and the location

Great location, very close to the train station and easy to find. Very close to restaurants and a mini supermarket. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows exceptionally soft and perfect for a good nights sleep after travelling. The breakfast was extensive with a lot of options, eggs and bacon, salads, cold cut meat and cheeses, croissants and yoghurt and variety of breads.
