A beautiful hotel! The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so romantic and comfortable. The location was perfect! Close to so many places including Piazza San Marco. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a lift. We felt so spoilt during our stay … we were even provided with a complimentary visit to Murano to visit a glass blowing factory.. a highlight of our trip to Venice !
