Such an authentic building that you felt you had been transported back in time but with all our modern facilities. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the canal which was amazing. High ceilings, clean and spacious with murals on the walls. Staff were so friendly and helpful as we had to navigate out way around a train strike while we were there! Lovely stay and can’t recommend highly enough.

Location worked well for us. Room had a lovely canal view. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Would stay again.

The junior suite was very good.Very clean hotel to a very good location near to San Marco avenue and to all water bus transportation access.Very polite and positive staff .
