The location is great - from the Rialto stop Alilaguna ferry to the hotel is 200-300metres without any steps or bridge crossings! The pathway surface is not cobblestones but paved. All this makes moving suitcases very easy. One also can reach San Marco Square in 6- 10 minutes. Good restaurants on either side of the hotel. Breakfast is included in a smallish breakfast room. There is a lift to the 3rd floor. Staff are helpful and can provide guidance for reaching tourist sights. I travelled with a friend so we needed a twin room. This room was quite small however a double room I glimpsed looked quite sizable.

It was very close to Rialto Bridge and San Marc Square. Very easily accessible and I pad just 10 Euro on a Vaporetto to reach the hotel. One can drag their luggage easily to reach this hotel. The hotel has lift which is a luxury!

The location was very good. Easy walk to both Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable. The reception staff were particularly helpful especially the young lady working on 17th June.

The location was excellent as we were between the Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Square. It was a perfect location. We could be out exploring during the day and yet close to return home for a break at any time. We were surprised to receive a boxed lunch for our travel day as we were leaving before breakfast was being served - a very nice gesture.
