We had a fantastic experience, the staff were incredible and spent so much time showing us great spots to visit on the map, the room was authentic with gorgeous chandeliers and stunning views - and we loved the turn down service every night with a chocolate on our pillow!

Fantastic location. Close to everything. Easy access to water taxi for transfer from airport and to train station. Breakfast was good. Comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop terrace was lovely for evening drinks.

Breakfast was lovely, beautifully served and lovely staff. The Concierge- Riccardo was fabulous in guiding us to must sees and typically local Venetian food. Exceptionally well placed to explore Venice and the islands. Roof terrace an added bonus. I’m surprised it’s only rated a 3 star, I’ve stayed in not so good 4 star places!
