Location of the hotel is fantastic for a base for exploring Venice, and the breakfast is basic, but great for what we wanted/needed. Hotel is good value for the location and easy to find, very convenient for the Vaporreto stop Giglio.

It was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. Right in the centre, close to everything. Had a lovely view of a bridge over the canal

5-10 minute walk from the ferry, situated in a really lovely spot in the heart of Venice. Staff were lovely especially the gentleman who handled check out and allowed for luggage storage. 10/10 would stay again.
