Highly recommended. Staff responded promptly to my questions about how to get to the hotel from the Venice Marco Polo airport (the water taxi / water bus options had been confusing), very friendly and professional. St Mark's Basilica is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel so the location is ideal. Although it's in the center of tourist activities, my room was very quiet.

Very central. Super central. Fair service for the price at that time of the year because for Venice. Room was sufficient and nice clean bathroom. Very nice staff. Room was cleaned and linen changed everyday. One thing- only toiletry was head and body shower cream.
