Excellent location, great value. Simple hotel and a simple breakfast, but amazing location and working Aircon is what really matters - you don't spend much time in your hotel in Venice unless you're asleep!

Such a very affordable hotel but with very good value (location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, staff) All is perfect!!! This hotel is much better than what I expected. Very very recommended

Great location! Everything was ok. We didn’t take breakfast beacuse there is a great bakery right in front of the hotel.
