The hotel has a special charm — while the bathrooms are renovated and modern, the rooms have preserved the classic, typical Venetian décor. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The location perfect, close to everything. Also the breakfast was good, it had a little bit of everything.

the location is excellent, 7 min from San Marco but nice and quiet. The room was small but still very confortable for Venice. Very well maintained and super clean with nice furnishing and a Venetian touch. The breakfast was really good and the staff polite and friendly. A good find!

Great location , walking distance from everything. Basic but ok breakfast Very clean , very quiet considering on a narrow street with all shops,restaurants ect Very helpful staff with suggestions where to go, eat ect Would recommend for a short stay.

The location was very convenient, as you are close to the center. The breakfast was also good and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfy, the Wi-Fi was also excellent and the overall stay was very pleasant.
