The location of the hotel was great. It was a short walk with 2 bridges to get to the hotel after the Ferry stop. We took the private taxi, which was a really nice experience. To get into the hotel, one needs to buzz the hotel for the door to be opened. It is right next to Piazza St. Marco, and really close to St Mark's Basilica, Rialto Bridge, restaurants, gelato shops and shopping. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were welcome snacks, which was a nice touch. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Female staff who greeted us was really nice and suggested some activities and eating places for us when asked. On the day of our departure, a very helpful and friendly male staff gave instructions on how to take the water taxi, and carried our luggage down the steps, which was great. Air conditioning for this time of the year was working well. I was able to utilise the heater rack in the bathroom which was most helpful.

Lovely quaint little Venetian room very close to all the attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all things! And recommend restaurants and places to see.
