Loved the location, presentation and perfectly set air conditioning, as we didn’t need to alter it throughout our stay! Such a cool, welcoming space after a hit bust day exploring with plenty of space

Great location - close to access by ferry stop but also close for walking to sites. Fairly quiet at night. Excellent for sharing with friends. Nicely remodelled with a newer kitchen and living area. Overall, Venice is expensive and we found this to be good value for the price. Close walking distance to grocery store for water and basic supplies.

We liked everything about it- the location, the comfort, the cleanliness, the vibe. The terrace gives aditional charm to it. Everything is close enough. Perfect to stay with more people.
