Little garden, nice rooms, we were able to stow our luggage on the day of our leaving & check pit was possible until 12!

The position was perfect: not too far from the heart of Venice but far enough to be quiet. The boat gate (Guglie) is at one min walking distance which was jus perfect. Various restaurants around. And cherry on the cake the hotel is located in a mosaic fabric with a lovely garden and collective terraces. Valentina was welcoming and so helpful with all the great and precise information. Much appreciated!

Everything was great, and we were completely satisfied with our stay. One small suggestion, though – we personally like to use slippers in the room, and that was the only thing we slightly missed

Clean. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Quiet, away from touristy area, but within 15min walk to station and 2 min from water boat station.
