The staff is a perfect 10, they speak English perfectly, they are kind, polite and very professional. The hotel is located a five minute walk from the train station from which you have trains every 10 minutes max to Venice. Behind the hotel there is a bus stop from which you have buses every 20-30 minutes to Venice. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Beds large and comfortable. Parking in the garage costs 20 euros per night which is reasonable compared to the prices in the surrounding garages. Upon registration at the reception we received vouchers for free drinks at the hotel, I also liked the fact that you have the possibility to make tea and coffee in the room. Great compliments for the receptionist Sofia or Paola I'm not sure, she had curly hair, super super professional and kind.

Good room size and hotel had multiple activities to do, many young people gathering around playing pool, studying or using the gym.

Very close to the train station, good restaurants nearby. Beds and bedding were big and clean and comfortable. Loved the complimentary water coffee and tea and the amenities.

Friendly hotel, you get all you need, many little amenities, e.g. water bottle, tea and coffee. Exellent location close to station.Welcome drink voucher upon arrival, what we could exchange for cappuccino next morning(we booked without breakfast). Price wise very resonable, cheaper than other hotels around. Comfy bad and pillows.
