The location is perfect, especially if you come with luggage. You take the boat to "Rialto" station, and the hotel will also be within walking distance from there, without any stairs. It is well known that you can't walk 100m in Venice without going up stairs, but from this hotel even your way back to the airport without any stairs. The breakfast was not rich, but enough. The room with a bathroom was comfortable and clean. The people there were very friendly, they helped in carrying the luggage to the room, and gave advice and recommendations about the places to visit in Venice.

The location is ideal and the staff is very nice. Overall, the room was clean . It's nothing special but ticks all the boxes for short-term stay in venice. The bathroom in the room was very, very small.
