Fantastic location on the edge of the busy St Marks tourist area so quieter and with plenty of local charm, eateries and strolls along peaceful canals. A short walk to the ferry piers and a gondola stop right outside the front door. I cannot speak highly enough of Luca our host. Very responsive prior to our stay and met us at the ferry, helping with our luggage. Light, spacious, clean and quiet apartment with comfortable bed and sofa. Nicely decorated and nice air conditioning. Little balcony with church and canal views. A lift to help with luggage/ people. Great value for money.

The apartment was well located, secure and clean. It provided extra amenities which were great to have while holidaying. Eg; microwave and washing machine

We had an amazing stay - Lucca and Alessandra were fabulous hosts who went above and beyond for us (even helping me to find a suitable doctor when I was ill). Their apartment was beautifully appointed and spacious with a newly renovated bathroom. The location was amazing, steps away from most of the major attractions of Venice but still quiet at night.
