Very nice staff. The location is great, very close to Santa Lucia station. We had a comfortable room with a private bathroom.

We were completely satisfied with the hotel, as we had to leave due to an emergency at our house. Despite the booking being non-refundable, they kindly offered to waive the third night and refunded us the money. furthermore, the room was large and the cleaning was very well.

Very good location, close to train station and vaporetto. Easy to have a late check in and to leave the luggage for the day.
