The fine print
Early check-in is available only upon request and must be confirmed by the host, with the following surcharges:
• From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €30 surcharge
• Before 12:00 PM: €50 surcharge
Additional fees must be paid in cash during check-in.A late check-in fee of €50 applies for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, payable in cash at check-in. All arrivals after 8:00 PM must be prearranged and approved by the host, who reserves the right to refuse due to personal commitments.For any late check-out, a request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed by the host. If approved, late check-out is possible until 2:00 PM with a surcharge of €30, payable in cash at departure.
Please note: all check-outs, whether standard or late, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to allow the host to arrange a property inspection prior to the guest's departure.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Very well positioned location, with easy access to tourist areas. The host, Riccardo, was particularly kind, he personally waited for us to hand over the keys, even before check-in time.

The location is excellent, and like all the other comments on here, its just around the corner from all the tourist areas, but yet in a quiet little corner that takes you away from the hordes of tourists. Lovely air-conditioning, delightful appartment. Riccardo is very helpful, good advice and assistance is provided.

Very good location, at the entrance of the Castello district. Close to emblematic places but also not in the heart of the crowd. Our host was attentive in every way and this information is very useful.

Excellent apartment - well located for exploring Venice, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds and bedding were of high quality. The host was extremely helpful and we appreciated the unbiased restaurant recommendations that were written down in the apartment. When staying for a short time it made sure we ate well and saved decision making! The apartment felt secure and we enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended - thank you!
