I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Silva) went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their polite and attentive nature made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my entire visit. The service was consistently top-notch, with every request being met promptly and with a smile. The rooms were clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to unwind after a busy day. It was evident that great care had been taken to maintain both the quality of the rooms and the overall cleanliness of the property. What truly stood out was the willingness of the staff (Silva) to go above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect. Whether it was assisting with directions, providing extra towels, or helping with bags , their attention to detail was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning! The location was fantastic right opposite the ferry station. Special thanks to Silva for all the help and special care of our family.
