Love the location, that the apartment was spacious relatively. Love that the manager was prompt in messaging back and forth. Also, we were delayed by the rail strike in Rome, so though they couldn't cancel with a refund, they left us a key in the lockbox.

The apartment was clean and just perfect! The location was brilliant only a few minutes walk from San Marco square. Fabio who greeted us when we arrived was so helpful and welcoming. Directions and how to get to the apartment were clearly explained. I would love to return to Venice and I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

We liked a lot the quick and efficient way of the Check-in, cozy clean and spacious apartment, good location. Rosanna was friendly and shared with us useful information.
