Room was quite spacious with separate dining / kitchen area. The place was kept clean and host Rosanna made sure our check-in process was smooth. She gave all information up front which made our Venice stay easy. Stay is short walk away from Rialto and St Marks Square. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Great location for exploring Venice, enough space in the apartment (1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 double bed and extensible couch for a children, large kitchen with everything you needed although it was a bit difficult to start/fire the gas cooker - matches would have been useful, 2 small bathrooms)

Easy to find so close to Gare de 'Lest and Gare du Nord. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Receptionist is important, to ask fir information. Very pleasant apartment with air con and a elevator.
