It was a walking distance to the Piazza San Marco, passing by a pleasant and interesting neighborhood. There were "high end stores", various restaurants and souvenir shops. Our rooms were big and clean with all the amenities. The interior decoration was done in good taste.

The property manager Matteo was extremely accommodating and helpful even before we arrived. Excellent 👌 The decor of the Appartments is very calm, authentic, pared back feel and flows well. Very comfy linen and pillows. Spotlessly clean.

Easy to get to from main train station in Venice, not far from water bus stop and just around the corner from a square with several restaurants. Guy at check-in was great and gave us some local tips but we never saw again after check-in but he said they were available on what’s app and email. Said we could leave luggage at check out if we needed to. Air con in the unit was amazing which was needed as we stayed during the heat wave. Extra cot bed put in room was comfy. Our room was only up one flight of stairs but be aware no elevator.
