Good starting point for walking to all Venice attractions, No problems with getting to the appartment, sufficiently well equipped kitchen, sleeping rooms very small but satisfactory. Good for the families with children.

Nice location near Ca d’Oro vaporetto stop and street with supermarket and bakeries nearby. Flat is functional, although little things could be improved. Beds are comfy.

The apartment had everything we needed and the location is great for visiting Biennale. The staff was always available for all the questions and extremely pleasant. I would def come back for the next art biennale.
