The location is great, if you are driving. They have their own parking space, very close to the bus and vaporetto terminals.

It is an excellent location right next to the main bus station. It is on the budget side and you pay for what you get. It was very clean in the bedrooms. Aware that was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was great with a nice shower. There was a wardrobe that we could hang our shirts etc up. There were no cupboards with drawers to put anything away so everything else stayed in our suitcases. Unfortunately, it was raining whilst we stayed there and water started leaking from the ceiling into our bedroom. In our son’s room they got badly bitten by mosquitoes, which I suppose is not the fault of the hotel. Be aware there is no lift, it wasn’t an issue for us but getting the luggage up the narrow stairs to the second floor would be difficult if you weren’t as mobile.

The room is comfortable and large with air conditioning. There is a supermarket and a boat station nearby.
