Hello and good day! This place had even more positive energy than you’d expect. It was easily accessible once we arrived in beautiful Venice. Exceptionally clean and stylish for the price we paid. As a welcome gesture, we found champagne and water in the minibar upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. Coffee, tea, and herbal infusions were restocked daily. Fresh towels, slippers, shampoo, and soap were also provided for showering. The staff were incredibly respectful and kind. The atmosphere was peaceful and charming. My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay — and if we return to Venice, we will definitely choose this place again. It was absolutely fantastic. 10 out of 10 from me!

very happy with the accommodation, right in the center. everything you need is there, including small touches: coffee, tea, water. Communication with the owner is permanent and useful. I will gladly return to this location. I left the car at Tronchetto, good price 30 euros per day.

The location was perfect for what we planned to do while here in Venice. Our room was fantastic, comfortable and very spacious. The staff are fantastic, very polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms are second to none.
