Nice location, near to San Marco. Room was clean and it was possible to check-in earlier. Breakfast was ok, no warm dishes available but cappuccino was served to the table what was very nice. Friendly staff.

Location and Room perfect. However, would like to have some minimal facilities like coffee machine, electric kettle etc. to be integral part of such a good hotel.
