Great location close to the train station and restaurants. We liked that it is in a slightly less busy area. Staff were all friendly. Great breakfast included.

I liked how quiet it was in the evening, away from the busy streets but close enough to walk. Super close to P Di Roma, not like other tourists dragging their luggage to central Venice. Clean, spacious.

The location was definitely why we chose this hotel, 2 mins from the parking, which saves a lot of struggle carrying the luggage across the canals. It was clean and cheap comparing to other places around with similar facilities and room photos.
