Fantastic location, just around the corner from Piazza San Marco with plenty of choice for restaurants, we found the room so much bigger than we had thought it would be, the facilities were great and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect location for looking around and transportation to Venice mestre. The room was big, and the bathroom was huge and convenient. The bed was really clean, soft and comfy. The wifi was excellent. It has little fridge inside. The air conditioner in this weather was truly the best. I really liked the painting of the room. Very satisfying stay ;)

The location is superb. Everything is in reach by foot. Host is really nice and always there for you. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The room is nice and modern.
