Fabulous location, Supermarket on doorstep, San Basilio public taxi stop 50 meters from entrance and plenty of lovely waterside restaurants to choose from. Despite being in such an ideal location, the rear outside terrace was a wonderful quiet place to enjoy the sun and have breakfast. Aircon in ever room, although we only used it once for 20 mins, was super efficient. The place can easily sleep 6 with the three bathrooms. It made our Venice trip one to stand out for msny years.
