Helpful and friendly owner and staff. Toilet was outside but dedicated to our room only.

The communication with the staffs was effective and sufficient. They are super active and caring about the needs of the guest. For example: waiting for us in the tram station to prevent from getting lost when we just arrived at Venice. Whenever you have questions they will reply immediately.

Breakfast was alone in room with packaged food. Not so pleasant.
