The fine print
Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.Breakfast is served on the terrace of the house from April to November from 8.30 to 9.30. The terrace is only available during breakfast time. From December to March breakfast is not served.To use the breakfast service, it is necessary to inform the property at least one week before arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Perfect location for the airport and station in a quieter area of Venice. 30min walk to the square. Wonderful host. Helpful and friendly. Comfortable and clean room. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great location in a non-busy area. The owner, Marco, is a fantastic man. Kind and very helpful. He shared a list of handpicked recomended restaurants and bars. Nice and quiet area but still just a few minutes walk to the "touristattractions". The room is simple, but comfortable with AC and a nice bed. Clean and tidy. Would love to come back.

The host was very friendly- room clean and comfortable, breakfast very fresh, tasty, served on the cosy terrace surrounded with plants, flowers and herbs! The location silent, not far from the nearest water trams
